Bangkok’s meeting and conference venue of choice, Grand Hyatt Erawan Bangkok hosts a total of 14 versatile function rooms covering over 2,259 square metres (29,000 square feet) of function space ideal for large scale meetings and conferences as well as intimate business or personal gatherings.  All of the function rooms are supported by a professional experienced Convention Service Team.



the residence

Bangkok’s first residential style, multi-functional event facility, the residence is an ideal venue for important business or social occasions, providing uncompromising attention to detail, personalised service, and exceptional cuisine.

Designed by the internationally acclaimed New York-based Interior Designer, Tony Chi, the residence consists of five luxurious event rooms, Apartment 301, 302, 303, 304, and 305.  Apartment 301-304 surround a seven metre high Loft Kitchen where coffee breaks and meals are freshly prepared.  Apartment 305 features its own Gallery, Living Room, and Show Kitchen, all in one room.

Tony Chi has incorporated unique furniture and fittings, wooden floors, stylish wall hangings and designer lighting to create the warm feeling of hosting events in an executive residence. The business element is highlighted through the use of the latest technology, such as plasma screens, video conferencing and wireless broadband connections.

the residence
is the perfect choice for hosting small and medium sized meetings or events from 40 up to 100 persons theatre style. Alternatively, the residence can be used for larger events such as buffet dinners for up to 200 persons, or product launches, cocktail receptions and weddings for up to 700 persons.


the Living Room
the Living room, sets comfortably with sofas and fire place, is located at the entrance to the residence  Accentuated by a grand piano, this is a perfect room for guests to relax before entering the main function space.

the Gallery
Reception area between the 4 Apartments and the Loft Kitchen featuring a collection of stunning Cara Lilies in Tall Vases. It can also be used as an open area for cocktail receptions.

Loft Kitchen
The 7 meter ceiling height loft kitchen featuring state of the art intelligent lighting system makes the best social area during break time as well as cocktail parties. Chefs prepare tailor-made meals according to your preferences.

Apartment 301, 302, 303, 304
Apartment 301 and 302 have their own separate living area while Apartment 303 and 304 can be opened up as one big room.  Each room is complete with audio visual system and wireless Internet access.

Apartment 305
Opening in May 2008, Apartment 305 is the new extension of the successful Bangkok’s first residential style, multi-functional event facility.  Apartment 305 is designed as “a residence within the residence” which will add more space to the residence and enhance the attractiveness of this popular venue. Its unique feature include Gallery, Apartment, Living Room & Show Kitchen--all in one room! Apartment 305 is the perfect choice for hosting small sized meetings and private events.

Grand Ballroom
Located on Lobby Level, the Grand Ballroom is a stunning facility with an 8-metre high ceiling, is conductive to the most creative decorations. Accentuated by green silk paneled walls edged with hammered silver etchings in traditional Thai designs, the Grand Ballroom is a fitting backdrop for grand occasions and fabulous themed parties.With capacity for up to 1,500 for receptions and 750 guests for gala dinners, it is the frequent venue for large corporate events, product launches and high profile wedding receptions.  The Grand Ballroom can also be divided into 3 sections for maximum versatility.



The Campus

To expand the hotel’s meetings and events capability, The Campus, located on the lower lobby floor covering 891 sq m, was created to serve as an innovative venue for visionary meetings and events, and is the world’s first truly dedicated MICE facility within a hotel. Though inspired by the nostalgia of University living, The Campus is a contemporary and dynamic setting, specifically designed to inspire creative thinking through the continuous search for knowledge and wisdom. It is better described as a ‘learning and social centre’ rather than a meeting venue.

The Lecture Hall
Largest meeting room can accommodate 140 theatre styel and 60 classroom style featuring 140” High Definition Screen

Classroom (3)
Three breakout rooms with natural daylight. Each room equipped with 70” High Definition LCD Sceeen.

Union Hall
The second largest room with busts of famous scholars offers natural daylight and adjacent outdoor area. The room can accommodate 60 theatre style and Banquet for 40.

Library
A 52 sq m room with book shelves fully stocked with literature accommodates 16 classroom style and is equipped with 70” High Definition LCD Screen.

Reading Room
A 22 sq m room with book shelves accommodates 8 boardroom style.

Campus Bar
Two Bars servicing The Campus and operates as a coffee bar during the daytime and a full bar for evening events.

Cafeteria
The Food & Beverage Stalls features Deli, Noodle Bar, Bakery/ Pastry and Grill with live cooking stations.

Internet Café
A fully functioning business centre within The Campus featuring 9 working stations with Macintosh and Windows, PCs with Internet access.
